Registration fee (30%), payable to the state government: Rs 3 lakhs (approx. £3,000).
Site preparation/development: Rs 2 lakhs (approx. £2,000).
Building construction/labour: Rs 22 lakhs (approx. £22,000). This figure could change.
Minibus (Tata Winger: Rs 3 lakhs, 80,000 (approx. £3,800).
Motor Insurance, per annum: Rs 15,000 (approx £150).
Motorboat: Rs Rs 85,000 (approx. £850).
